Feel the comforting warmth around your digits
I love my iphone, oh yes I do. Part of me secretly wants to move to Japan just so I can legally marry it and potentially procreate with it, giving birth to a household of i-phone humans with a fully integrated interface and wipe clean surface. That’s the dream. Buying an iphone, coupled with the rolling out of the new Dyson ‘Blade’ hand dryer, has finally convinced me we’re in the future. And it’s about time. Sure we don’t have flying hoover boots (or hover boots – either would be amazing) but at least now I can visit a public urinal safe in the knowledge that there will be no weird moist bits in between my fingers. That was haunting me for decades. I used to dry them first and then dab at the gaps with a bit of bog roll to achieve desired dryness – very time-consuming. Now when the aliens finally arrive our world leaders can smugly point to these Dyson ‘Blade’ (great name – btw) and confidently say their voyage was for naught. We’ve all the technology we need.
